Ladies Lunch 2024 - SBCF

The Challenge

In October, over 1,000 guests gathered for the 20th Anniversary of the SBCF Ladies Lunch, raising an astonishing $375,000 in support of breast cancer awareness and care.

Our team was privileged to be the event's technical production partner, managing all in-room AV and show calling to ensure each segment flowed seamlessly. Our LED wall provided the perfect backdrop to powerful speeches, an inspiring panel discussion, an exciting auction, and an elegant fashion show. 

The highlight of this year's event was undoubtedly the moment when 10 brave breast cancer patients took to the stage, modelling with grace and strength, sharing their unique journeys, and inspiring everyone in attendance. Their presence was a beautiful reminder of why we’re committed to supporting SBCF year after year.

It’s an honour to play a part in creating an experience that brings people together, celebrates life, and supports a cause that’s close to our hearts. Together, we’re doing more than just raising funds – we’re lifting up survivors and championing the resilience of those impacted by breast cancer.
