Online Course Content Creation 2024 - HerBusiness

The Challenge

In April, our team partnered with our long standing client, HerBusiness, to record content at our Alexandria studio for their new online course.

The Solution

While our studio is primarily designed for live broadcast events, its versatile setup allows us to adjust the equipment to produce high-quality content for an online training course. To do this we provided a custom AV package with studio lighting, camera equipment, microphones and teleprompters for the host to read from.

We further supported HerBusiness with a dedicated technical team consisting of a vision operator, camera operator, and producer, to ensure the highest quality footage was produced, and to resolve any issues that may have occurred on the day.

To facilitate a seamless day recording content, we also pre-prepared a series of virtual backgrounds to display on our LED Wall behind the presenters, sourced options for music, and managed the final edit for the course.

In recent years we have also worked with HerBusiness on their virtual conferences for female-led small businesses. The three previous events were streamed live from our studio, and were highly interactive with multiple guests, keynote speakers, workshops and breakout sessions. For last year's virtual conference we split our LED Backdrop into two separate areas so that it appeared as though the hosts were in different locations, demonstrating how flexible our studio space can truly be.

We are excited to continue working with HerBusiness and can’t wait to see what exciting event brief they throw at us next!

The Results

"

Nico, Nick and Ian were all GREAT, I appreciated their timely and clear communication. It was a stressful time for us and they made it super easy. This is our 4th time working with your team and of course the more we get to know each other the easier it is to work together. I appreciate the support and understanding of our needs.
