The AWS Summit connects the cloud computing community, drawing together enthusiasts, experts, and industry leaders to delve into the world of Amazon Web Services. Designed as a platform for collaboration, learning, and networking, the summit offers attendees the chance to explore cutting-edge technologies.
Given the event's large scale, we were one of many technical suppliers supporting the event’s production. In partnership with Imagination, a long-term collaboration partner, we provided equipment and technical support to various event stages, exhibitor stands, and core activations.
For the 2024 AWS Summit, we supplied a comprehensive array of technical solutions, including 80 screens across the venue which served as key focal points, sharing vital information, showcasing presentations, and enhancing the overall attendee experience.
Our team also provided equipment and technical management to numerous theatrette spaces throughout the event. These stages ran as mini conference set ups, with their own speaker and audience requirements. Through creative planning and high quality equipment, our team was able to create dynamic and engaging spaces for speakers and panellists to captivate audiences and share insights, despite competing ambient noise from the event floor.
Before the event, meticulous preparation and coordination were key to ensuring a seamless execution and stress-free bump-in process. By planning and categorising equipment, our team created a detailed list of items to be brought to the site, accounting for unexpected additions or potential pitfalls. This strategic approach streamlined the setup process, enhanced the team's overall efficiency, and allowed us to anticipate and mitigate risks, setting the stage for a successful event experience.
