AIME 2024

The Challenge

In February, the Connected Event Group team attended the AIME 2024 conference to record AIME’s new podcast, Event Dialogues, in our Mobile Recording Studio.

The Solution

Our portable studio enables live content recording, such as podcasts and interviews, to take place on the event floor in a soundproof environment. Beyond its primary function, it also serves as a private space for exhibitors to hold meetings with potential clients without interruptions and background noise. CEG's Portable Studio is completely customisable, allowing you to wrap the booth to promote your brand or event theme, or to enable booth branding as a unique sponsorship opportunity.

Aside from filming podcast episodes in the recording studio during the show, our team also worked with AIME on the podcast production: we helped organise the podcast guests, provided guidance on the themes and direction of the show, curated a list of guest questions, and edited the episodes. Our team also created promotional material for the podcast including clips and soundbites to share on social media, press releases and social media posts.

These services are included in our recently launched Podcast, Vox Pop and Roving Reporter packages so be sure to enquire with the team and find out how we can elevate your next exhibition or conference with podcasting.

During AIME24, CEG founder, Libbie Ray, also showcased our newest technical solutions including Corner LED, Portable LED Banners, Wayfinders and Flexible LED. These cutting-edge products revolutionise event signage and display capabilities, offering unparalleled versatility and quality.
