Mamamia International Women's Day Breakfast 2025 - Banter Agency

The Challenge

Mamamia, in partnership with Banter Agency, hosted a powerful International Women’s Day Breakfast at Centennial Homestead to launch Well by Mamamia, a new health media brand dedicated to closing the health information gap for women.

With 150 guests in attendance and a lineup of influential speakers—including Hon MP Ged Kearney, Claire Murphy, Dr. Mariam C., and Jessie Stephens—the event needed seamless AV production to ensure panel discussions were captured flawlessly and in-room content was managed smoothly. As a preferred supplier for Trippas White Group venues, we were thrilled to help bring this important conversation to life.

The Solution

Our team provided a comprehensive AV setup, including high-quality filming of the panel discussions and in-room content management to enhance the guest experience.

Working closely with Banter and Centennial Homestead, we ensured clear audio, well-balanced visuals, and a professional setup that aligned with the event’s premium production values. From mic’ing up speakers to coordinating screen content, our team was on-site, managing all technical aspects to create a seamless experience.

The Results

The team onsite were excellent, the flowers were exceptional, the sound and setup was great. The event was a resounding success, with attendees fully engaged in the discussions and the AV running smoothly from start to finish. It was an honor to support Mamamia’s mission to improve the health of one million Australian women through Well by Mamamia. As long-time fans of their work, being part of this launch—especially on International Women’s Day—was truly special.
